S&R is great. There is a warning dialog for replace all, which is good, since it really can mess up your text. But for advanced users there may be a possibility to switch off this warning. Like a "I know what I'm doing and take the responsibility - make it dangerous option :))" The modal (alert) dialog, when a text can't be found is a bit disruptive, since you have to close it, to change the search text again. May be you can use the TW notification. Since this one is automatically removed. or change the background color of the search field to red, which indicates that the search term can't be found.
