Mr. tb5 has made a nice step-by-step guide <http://tobibeer.github.io/tb5/#TopBar%20With%20Icon%20Links> to get a topbar. This includes a hack <http://tobibeer.github.io/tb5/#%24%3A%2Fhack-142-scroll-pagescroller.js> to fix the problem of tiddlers scrolling underneath the top bar that* "overwrites $tw.pageScroller.scrollIntoView to introduce $:/config/OffsetY"*.
However, I can't get this latter bit to work. I follow step 1 and 2 and the hack and OffsetY, by direct drag and drop... things work except it still scrolls underneath the top bar. Anybody has any ideas? Also, if anyone knows of any other solution this is also more than welcome (because appearently the hack causes some tics for editview).
