Not fine when you want to use that tiddler as a basis for a tab. Putain!

I think the tabs macro does not show the title with the icon but it
wikifies the "caption" field so here is what you can do:
1. Create a caption field for the german tiddler.
2. Add a field named "caption"
3. add the icon as transclude + the title: {{$:/core/icon}} Ein
deutscher Titel
4. save the field
5. Look at you tab
