Why don't you use transclsions in your tiddlers.
IMO use: {{$:/core/ui/ControlPanel/Basics}}
instead of
[[Basics]] real: $:/core/ui/ControlPanel/Basics <<tag
"$:/tags/ControlPanel/Basics">>
