I like the Idea, and I like the inline editing. Here are my "critics"
1. I don't understand what those titles that contains title-para-number means 2. The auto-generated tiddlers with that weird names fills my tiddler name space very fast. It would be cool to be able to "hide" them. 3. The "edit mode" it's a bit uncomfortable to reach. Maybe adding a double click-to edit widget to each section title simplifies this.
