My workaround in TiddlyWiki5 has been to export the individual tiddler I 
want to print to the desktop as "static HTML," then open that file in the 
browser and print from there.  (That may seem like an extra step, but 
remember you don't have to close any other tiddlers you were working on.)

In TiddlyWiki Classic, I've just been firing up the browser whenever I need 
to print a tiddler.
