But for your Q4 about PersonalBrain, do have a look at TiddlyMap Plugin by Felix Küppers <http://tiddlywiki.com/#TiddlyMap%20Plugin%20by%20Felix%20K%C3%BCppers>. I haven't implemented it yet myself, but I am intending to. An earlier version of the personal knowledgebase wiki I'm now building in TiddlyWiki used to be in PersonalBrain format.
