Hello, if, like me, you are a bit lazy, I've made a plugin that could interest you. When editing a tiddler body, if you type `[[pattern`, a popup will offer you a list of existing tiddlers that match your pattern.
You can try/install it from http://snowgoon88.github.io/TW5-extendedit In the near futur you will be able to use UP and DOWN arrow keys to select the link you'd like to select in the popup.
