Ok my call for the picture was completely wrong. Thanks for your links. I found the dataURI page before but wasn't shure its the right thing. Now I have the following line in my stylesheet:
background-image: url(<<datauri "Background-pattern-2.jpg">>); It works, but only if the tiddler type is *not* css. Isn't this the opposite of the last sentence of the example tiddler <http://tiddlywiki.com/#datauri%20Macro%20(Examples)>? I might be wrong. For me as a NonCoder the documentation is often hard to understand. Is there a syntax for a css type? What exactly are the differences between the one above and this one: background: url(<$macrocall $name="datauri" title="Motovun Jack.jpg" $output="text/plain"/>); Nice you mention the tc-tagged method. This is my final goal. I have three ribbons which should be triggered by a tag. Unfortunately I didn't get step 1 work in a pleasent way. Is there a way to add an extra html element which works as a container for the background image? ... I will do a short sketch <https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-wHKGjnwmcbo/Vx4B8YBDh_I/AAAAAAAAABY/YqUdofNRmhkXum3FZkCSRO5weSX-LPh8wCLcB/s1600/Unbenannt-1.jpg> , This will be the looking I have in mind. This color should appear if given the tag "Ribbon_2". Then I want to add 1-2 more templates for other colors. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
