The thing is, there are so many alternatives - but my impression is that they all bring with them different pros and cons depending on the use case. Not saying that I know all the alternatives tho. anyway, threw this <http://forpeter.tiddlyspot.com/> togehter just now but I'm tired so it's not polished. It's nto difficult but it is complex so easier to make it than explain it, so you can study it yourselves.
