The new CtrlPanel setting to "Choose whether to link to tiddlers that do not exist yet" ought not be headlined "WikiLinks" because it is unclear (compare eg to the more descriptive heading "Camel Case Wiki Links"). Instead I propose the more descriptive heading "Missing Links" (incidentally same as system tiddler title; $:/core/ui/ControlPanel/Settings/MissingLinks )
