Tiddlywiki is not able to use two sync adapters. So if you have an adapter that syncs to a database, like the one that is being used in NoteSelf you can not synchronize to the filesystem. Such requirement will require both a custom client plugin and a special version of a server plugin. Maybe in a future I could provide such configuration, but at the moment I don't have time to implement it properly.
