This happened to me as well and I don't see anyway for it to happen unless Firefox automatically updated the add-ins. I count automatic updates that change how the add-in works without notification as being a big mistake.
I seem to be constantly telling the thing that I want to enable saving for the wiki even though I haven't knowingly updated anything. Does clearing the cache, cookies, etc, also reset whether TiddlyFox has saving enabled?
