Thanks to everyone for your help. It seems that the primary problem with 2.0.1 is that it is not configured for use during “Private Browsing” or when “Never Remember History” is enabled.
I’ve created a new 2.0.2-prerelease build that is configured for private browsing. Please give it a try and report back before I submit it to Mozilla. Unfortunately, using unsigned extensions is difficult these days.
