Hi Mark I would use this to mark the end of parts (chapters, scenes) where you know you want a page break after. The end of a chapter is the end of a chapter and stays the end of the chapter no matter how many times you rewrite the chapter.
On the other hand you can set the value to "avoid" after the title and e.g. introduction of a chapter, where you don't want a page break.
