This is no problem for me personally, as I'm running TiddlyWiki in all kinds of incarnations already (including TiddlySpot, classic Node.js etc.) However, I wouldn't feel comfortable suggesting TiddlyServer to a newbie with limited technical knowledge (= regular Windows user) right now.
