It depends... Your basic tiddlywiki is just an html file that sits on your hard drive and stays there.. Like a word doc or a power point but in this case you edit it in your webbrowser (chrome, Firefox etc.).
If you want to access it from anywhere your essayist thing might be to use tiddlyspot.com to keep your tiddlywiki on the internet. (you may have to use chrome the first time you upload your Wiki.
