You will find YOUR tiddlywiki wherever you saved it, presumably on your hard drive. As stated above, it is just like a "word document" but it is not in ".doc" file type but instead in ".html" , which is also the file type that web pages are in. Similarly to how MS Word reads word documents, so do browsers read html documents.
