Hi Surya, In your first list they all popup because they use the same state tiddler. you will need a state tiddler for each of them for them to work independently.
*Good work on your part *to solve your todo list problem. I would like you to consider sharing a minimal tiddlywiki - that is with some example tiddlers...not your own data, of course.
