I agree that the current list - which comes from the GettingStarted <https://tiddlywiki.com/#GettingStarted>listing of how to *save *tiddlers/TWs - is not quite the same as how one should "set up" a TW. I think the saving part is pretty much solved when you have your "set up" (backend) in place.
