I have been using TiddyWiki Classic for many a year at work. Adding and
tuning plugins etc to make my "perfect" journal. I found the use of tags
and the ability to attach to the internal web addresses a real joy.

However unsurprisingly the company has become ultra secure and so things
will have to change. The inability to save a session, being the number one
road block.

I use Firefox and TiddlyFox at home.

Can anyone suggest a tag based journal or a mini-browser application
capable of just capable of running TW and can be disconnected from the
external web.

I have played the usual Office apps, trying to possible solution using
Outlook and Onenote, each have some of the ingredients but neither hit the
spot.

I have a number of colleagues who would also like to hear if you have a
solution.

A lot to ask, but just maybe.
