I've updated the file. Anyone wanting to improve, feel free to jump in. I 
will not touch it more today.

A major difference is that I had to split up the table for readability.
I've also put in some (not all) links but note that these links assume 
presence of those tiddlers, as if it all were on tw .com.

I am unsure how to incorporate these aspects (BTW, good input @Jeremy) 
...so anyone; please do jump in.
