This is the app I was talking about. On second look, I realise that it is just a general WebDAV server. I have been using it for so long that my brain just naturally associated it with Tiddlywiki.

Open the app. Go to its settings page (the spanner icon on the top right corner of the app) 3. Set "Network interface" to "Loopback" 4. Set port to something like "8070" 5. Set "Home directory" to "Custom Folder" 6. Set "Custom folder" to a folder in your internal memory. (I have not tried with external sd) 7. Now come back to main screen and press the power button there. The server will start. Keep thTiddlywiki files in the "Custom folder" you set in step 6. Goto 127.0.0.1:8070 in your browser. You can see the list of files. Open a Tiddlywiki file and try making changes and save. There is nothing fancy here. That is why I want you to succeed in this endeavour.
