Riz, After looking at it a bit more I think that the only way that you would get that error is if you have autoUnloadWikis set to true. Now that I am looking closer I see that there could be times on slower hardware when the root wiki could be unloaded before you can load it. So if you have autoUnloadWikis set to true remove that setting and see if the problem persists.
