Mark, Not on FireFox for android (yey) only desktop. I think FF on android will need additioanl permissions to open from storage.
UPDATE on New Version quinoid-190122b-v0-0-4b.apk Android 8.0.0 The Titles Persist after restart or application close however one is throwing the previous error and the other not. I discovered that long press removes the item from the list, and reopening the problem wiki then works.
