Update on FireFox tw Files, I have it working

   - I Gave firefox permissions to the SDcard, Not sure if this was
   necessary
   - In the address bar file:////sdcard go changes to
   file:////storage/emulated/0/
   - From here I can open in firefox a wikiname.tw file and it is working
   - However of course save is only a download

However, I just discovered I can export and import tiddlers in json format.
So a saving mechanism of sorts is available.

Regards
Tony
