I got delayed. I'm working on a "demo/test" version that is a clone of the 
original but in which the "wiki" are dummy files with no content whose 
(fake) "downloads" get their write time changed automatically at set 
intervals. 

The idea is to launch a seperate "touch" process first before the 
"restore". 

Its changes nothing in the main script.

It is to make "scenario" testing much easier, lighter weight (no actual TW 
needed, just pseudo-wiki) and less potentially dangerous, as its contained.
