Thank you Diego, You refreshed my memory on why I haven't fixed this yet. The tm-delete-tiddler message works great on the body template button (for deleting individual records) but it doesn't work as well in the header template button (for deleting all visible records) because it doesn't allow a filter as its input like the ActionDeleteTiddlerWidget does, at least not that I know of. I could create a Modal that pops up and asks for a confirmation for the header button. Do you know of another way?
