Hello Andrew, You should download the .tid file on your computer and then put it in your "tiddlers" folder (or any subfolder). Then launch.
You may also drag the file to your wiki on 127.0.0.1:8080, but you will have to restart the wiki... This plugin is not designed to be declared from tiddlywiki.info.
