You can't actually drag and drop from the Github page. That would be really 
convenient. In fact, GH could be a lot more convenient when it comes
to downloading stuff.

You need to click on the 

*tiddlyshow_plugin.tid*

link. This will take you to the plugin's page.

Right click on the "raw" link for the file and then choose "Save Link As 
...". Save to somewhere on your hard drive. Use your favorite file explorer 
to find the file. Then drag it to your TW file.

The import title should be "$:/plugins/kookma/tiddlyshow"

With this particular plugin, it may be enough to save and reload -- I don't 
think it uses any javascript.
