Sounds like a simple serializer could do the job - you could probably 
whip something up based on the text serialization:

Chris and I had discussed this issue of the wiki serialization lacking 
the basic plugis for editing in situations like these - but IIRC, we 
concluded that this was the Right Way.
What you really want there is link to the default recipe plus that 
tiddler - not sure whether it would make sense to create a special 
serializer for that purpose though.
