Thanks Fred and Chris. Fred - looking at the serializer code, I don't see how I link the running of that code to a request for "blah.css". Could you point me in the right direction?
Chris - I think you hit the thing on the head. I can put the "blah.css" in the <link> element of my page, and people can just visit "blah" to see a HTML page about it, telling them to hit the big fat edit button to edit the thing (smell a TiddlyWeb plugin coming here to style the page).
