TiddlyWiki does indeed have a lot of data models: titles, tags, fields, slices, transclusion, links, etc, etc and the possibilities for mapping and consuming other formats and data models are fun. If you haven't yet encountered it yet then take a look at the "adaptor" mechanism through which TiddlyWiki can synchronize with other TiddlyWikis, RSS, etc, etc on the Web and from local files.
