I see. So while some points are clearly about the philosophy, I can see one important flow: lack of inheritance, or sharing of the interface. You see, if I have few tw-documents and improve [in my opinion] the interface in one of them somehow, say moved the lists into a slider, or changed CSS, I need to rewrite it in each of the documents if I want to see the improvement everywhere. Themes don't help either since they're still inside each tw-document.
What keeps humming in my mind is TiddlyWiki needs some sort of offline TiddlyWeb version, like Udo's IncludePlugin but with the same syntax and mechanisms as TiddlySpace (which can be implemented on client- side). One more example is mentioned in [1].
