Yeap, there's also other thing why such an "offline net" would be
quite useful. At the Udo Borkowskyi site [1] in the "Smaller
TiddlyWikis" it is claimed that splitting tw-documents in smaller
parts can also speed up the load-TW time and this is important for big
documents (and also for merging TiddlyWikis which has some content
which become too close semantically. See also [2] and [3].
