It sounds like Steen is trying to use TiddlyWiki5, at
http://five.tiddlywiki.com/empty.html.

If so, did you follow the instructions in the "Demos" tiddler for "How to
use TiddlyWiki5 as a standalone HTML file"?

TiddlyWiki5 isn't complete yet, and so isn't yet intended to replace
classic TiddlyWiki for everyday use.
