Stephan's correct: the tiddlers that are opened at startup are listed in
the tiddler "$:/DefaultTiddlers". As well as tiddler titles, you can
include filters. For example, this would display the tiddler HelloThere and
then the latest 5 tiddlers (excluding HelloThere):

HelloThere
[!title[HelloThere]!sort[modified]limit[5]]
