Thanks for the update. I've still not had time to set up a testing VM for
this (my laptop is unusuable while Virtual Box imports .OVA files), but
intend to issue an update sharpish that fixes the two recent issues with
Windows and permalinks. I've tidied up the issues list on GitHub:
