That is a great question is how can other comment on your TW5. I know I have seen people that have comment ability in TW5 but I have no idea how to do that.
As an alternative to directly commenting on your TW5 you could set up a forum post and put that link in your TiddlyWiki. I am not sure if the xAPI group has a forum, so if they don't I am sure you could do that here instead. I think TiddlyWiki is very helpful for any group that has meetings, argh need to get the Hangouts done for this week.
