No. It isn't. :-) Because the thread is also *concerned with inserting HTML 
too*. Its the combination of insertion of HTML elements and classes where 
it really adds to WikiText IMO.

If all you need is class application then, yes I guess you (post Tony's 
post) don't need this thread. But if you interested in better leveraging 
HTML too this is a great thread.

BTW, it was a real surprise to me too, though, when Tony showed behavior 
already that ... from ...

The shock to me was: why I can't find anywhere in standard docs this is 
documented!
