*The use case is an instant view template*, that impacts on the current 
tiddler for ViewTemplate development and testing. Once tested you would 
move the code to a global viewTemplate and delete the local one, unless 
perhaps you had a bespoke view template for one tiddler.

The reason I suggest it, is we *could have a bespoke \customise wikitext 
pragma field*, for the same development purpose, for later globalisation if 
desired.

I can build it already I believe, If I can do it with a reference somehow 
to !!custom-pragma
