Sorry the CI did not pass, I swear it should this time. I fixed some small
mistakes and performance issues. I was inserting and committing in a loop
(bad). Replaced that with `COPY FROM`. I removed a pointless `order by`. I
fixed out of date comments. lonvia

`we are going to need lots and lots of tests for the update case` so I made
the fuzzer more thorough.
