Adding a node wherever a line intersects a tile without a node would
create an unnecessary amount of nodes. Rather, an extra node is only
required if the line intersects the tile without having a node in the
buffer around the tile.

A possible problem is that the buffer size is a [EMAIL PROTECTED] configuration
option
and might be changed anytime, in fact there might be renderers out there
running it with a different setting.

Bye
