Yes, I did removed the SMA. and the OCXO is running well from the 10.50V PCB 
board and the display shows all the details of the OCXO.

Glad to hear that! Those Temex OCXO's are supposed to be pretty good in  
terms of phase noise.
 
Did you remove the SMA's and solder-in the OCXO?
