Hi Matt, I'd recommend the Pico Technolgy range for an external box. < http://www.picotech.com/multi-channel-daq.html > The 1213 would do your job with an resistive divider. The Pico stuff is well made, they still support products made years ago, good free applications, and an open interface protocol. If you'd prefer an internal PC card I can do you a good price in a Data Translation DT-322. 8 channels differential (16 single ended) of 16 bit ADC, 4 DAC's a couple of counter timers and some digital I/O all on a PCI card.
