Drive the distribution amplifier directly from the 10811A. Use one output to drive the divider and the other for the desired 10MHz output. The 10811A output can easily drive a couple of transformer feedback CE amplifiers connected in parallel. Most of the buffer amplifiers in the ARRL handbook have relatively high phase noise floors. FET buffers tend to be relatively noisy when the noise of the gate suppressor resistor is taken into account.
