On the original thread, I enquired who "refurbished" the LPRO's and what it 
included. Basically it's done by the seller and is a C field adjustment and 
lamp voltage check. Personally I'd call that "tested and adjusted as required". 
Refurbished implies to me that wear-out parts have been replaced. The NIST 
tracability is "the micro checks the GPS and LPRO and lights the LED" no reply 
on what type of GPS is fitted or if it goes into position hold. Buyer Beware! 
Trouble is less informed buyers may be taken in.
