No, more like two months! It typically takes a couple of MONTHS for an oscillator that has not been used in a long time to stabilize! This is very evident when firing up an old HP 5370 or Thunderbolt. This extended period of time is why people leave their oscillators powered at all times. A lot of test equipment that have internal OCXOs keep the oscillator powered when the rest of the unit is powered down.
