Hey I got my Starlocs for $30 a pop, so even the cheap Thunderbolts look 
pricey. ;-)

One advantage I can see to the package deal is perhaps they test the whole 
package prior to shipping. 

Note these timing units are pulled from US cell shacks often. Why we don't see 
them sold domestically is a mystery to me. (I unfortunately lost my contact at 
MetroPCS.) 

I don't really get it, but these wireless companies move sites around often, 
building the new site first, putting it on line, then just abandoning the old 
site. Metro would get an old site and junk the gear, which in turn ended up at 
the flea market.
