Very nice. I guess a comparable plot with ephemeris time would be a lot noisier and sparser, something like the graphs in the Markowitz 1988 paper. I wonder if there's some sort of IERS-like official repository for ephemeris-time data (or, for that matter, other non-Earth-rotation timescales like the pulsars). Probably not much call for it, being mostly of academic interest.
